Carina Lau Kar-ling (Traditional Chinese: 劉嘉玲, Simplified Chinese: 刘嘉玲, pinyin: Liú Jiālíng;Wu Chinese(Suzhou Dialect)IPA:[liY][kɒ][lin] �;born December 8, 1965 in Suzhou, China with family roots in Rongxian, Guangxi, China) is a Hong Kong actress. She is the life partner of Tony Leung Chiu-Wai.

She is currently the CEO of Hong Kong's TVMART channel.

Since being appointed as executive president, she is not expected to continue as CEO for longer than seven months, due to negative losses of 40 million Taiwan Dollars.

As for the reasons of the company's downward operation, Hong Kong residents are not used to shopping via television and also, the shopping channel invited hosts from the serious news channel, two of which made it a failure.

Later, Tony drove Rosamund home. Rosamund claims there is nothing going on with Tony. She is a good friend of Carina, and Tony simply gave her a ride home. Right after that, another rumored affair between Carina and a Taiwanese actor hit the stand, Tony claimed the rumor was ludicrous. All of things listed above were so-called "juicy" rumors, none had been proven true.

Tony denied the above report.

They spent their 2005 Christmas holiday in Hokkaido, Japan.

According to Tony's best friend, Ng Ting-Yip revealed that the two have not married yet when attending a promotion event. He said he was supposed to go to Thailand as well, but he needed to work, so he couldn't go. He also said Tony and Carina did think about getting married a few years ago, but now their relationship has entered a new stage, the certificate is no longer important to them. He said he had never heard about Tony and Carina wanted to have baby, and he didn't understand why there was report that there was a kid who looks like Tony. As he only returned to HK recently, he hadn't see the photos of Carina in Thailand.
